I’ve been checking the 9th Circuit Court’s list of opinions for the text of their decision in the appeal brought by former UPW chief Gary Rodrigues, which was announced and reported yesterday. So far, it doesn’t appear in their list of recent decisions, which is supposedly updated daily. Anyone know where to find it?
