Larger newspapers to lose monopoly on publication of foreclosure notices

It looks like the larger newspapers are losing their monopoly on publication of foreclosure notices. Last year’s amendments to the state’s foreclosure process, known as Act 48 but referred to by the Star-Advertiser as “the troubled law,” contained a goodie for newspapers.
