Poor Ms. Tiki. Only about two weeks after this photo was taken, she collapsed early one morning and could barely raise her head. The trip to the vet was bad news. Her cancer had returned and spread. There was little choice but to say goodbye. A very, very difficult goodbye for her people. Everyone who walks the beach feels the empty spot that she's left. I'm sure Ms. Opu is having trouble adjusting, as we all are. Aloha, Ms. Tiki. We all miss you.
