| Gandalf came free with a propane tank refill at the local lawn mower store. About 4 years old, he's our alarm cat, growling at people who come to the door or walk by the house, then streaking away to hide under the bed when anyone new is in the house. He loves to drink from the faucet and will run you over to make sure he gets to it before you do so that he can beg so very nicely. Gandalf shows affection by beating you with his tail, and crawling up on your chest for scratches and snuggles. Definitely not a lap cat, but affectionate and playful when the mood strikes him. He's tough to keep out of the plants, but definitely loves his catnip. |
