| We bought this little painting at an auction several years ago, and you can probably see why. The colors aren't quite right, but it reminds us of Mr. Toby. The painting, dated in pencil "6/19/49", is by Bertram Hartman, a New York artist who died in 1960. Photograph by Ian Lind  |
