| I recently dug out several boxes of slides buried in an almost inaccessible corner of a storage room at my parents' home in Honolulu. The photos were taken by my mother over a period of years. They've been stored in Hawaii's hot and sometimes humid climate for fifty years, and have suffered as a result. But I'll be scanning those that survived and will grow this collection over the next several months. (Ian Lind, May 2006). |
