| April 24, 1971. Honolulu, Hawaii. People of all ages and backgrounds joined a peace march that made its way from Ala Moana Park to Honolulu's City Hall. It was, we hoped naively, the day that our collective commitment would turn the tide and bring the Vietnam War to an end.
