Mr. Buddy lives right next door to Tiki. We feel bad about Buddy. He spends most of his life on this concrete slab. Children play with him on weekends, but otherwise he seems somewhat neglected. He's excited to get several small dog biscuits as we pass by in the morning. His excitement also gets Tiki and her pals, Opu and Max, ready for their share.
