Julie comments: "We first met Peter Ziroli in the late 1970's. Peter was the renter/caretaker at 640 Marmion Lane, the oasis with the wonderful banyan tree in the midst of industrial Kakaako. This became the site of numerous craft fairs, fashion shows (InDecent Exposure, Soirée Foreplay etc.) and other great parties. Peter and his wife Colleen  met and later married at one of our events. At this time the property was owned by Bob Magoon and was called the Magoon block. I can't remember exactly when he sold it to Twigg-Smith nor how long it took Thurston to trash it."
