This property might have measured 6,203 square feet prior to the recent heavy rains, but it's a lot smaller now after a big chunk of the yard collapsed into the adjacent stream, taking several trees and the fence along with it. I guess those postcards were printed up before this happened. What's more, this is one of those properties that have been split into two "condominium" units in order to increasing income by selling off part of the yard as a future home site.
