| A large part of this yard along Makaua Stream gave way after being undermined by the rushing water during this week's rains, taking several trees and a large section of fence with it. This is just next door to the house that saw much of its front yard washed under the bridge earlier this month. Other homes on the opposite side of the stream also suffered major erosion this month. This home had been for sale and may have recently changed hands. Ouch. |
