| Rice, mostly brown. Roasted vegetables, including zuchini, red and green peppers, onions, and broccoflower, that strange green combo of broccoli and cauliflower, drizzled with olive oil and garlic. A bit of salmon sauteed in lemon juice and spiced with French thyme, a little rosemary, garlic, and Mick's hot pepper jelly. Hot sauce. White wine. Oh, should I mention the cat? That's Ms. Kili waiting patiently for a handout. |
