| Kili & Wally--the auction cats at age 9 |

| Kili, left, and Ms. Wally, right, were both rescued in January 1998 after being dumped from a moving car into the middle of Kahekili Highway. We happened to be on the way to an estate auction in town, and instead found ourselves heading to our vet with two rescued kittens. Today they are fat and relatively happy, although I can't say they are without "issues". |
