July 24, 1999. We're at the Blaisdell Center in Honolulu for the semi-annual All Collectors Show. Lots of interesting stuff.History galore. Sometimes we buy. This time we were restrained. Well, relatively. |

Outside, we ran into intrepid Star-Bulletin city hall reporter Gordon Pang, still gloating over the new addition to his GI Joe collection (he claims over 200 pieces and growing). |

Is it a danger sign when you know lots of the dealers? It's the Ming's Chicks, Meda with one of her jewelry connections Linda Lee (below). She did NOT buy the "super bargain" pictured below, but did walk away with another nice pair of Ming's earrings. |
